Hunters Ridge was built in the late 1970s / early 1980s, by developer Saul Ellis. There are about 170 homes sited along pretty, tree-lined streets ~ enhanced by many berms and islands.  Houses in our neighborhood are widely spaced; many have beautiful gardens and well-developed landscaping.Another benefit of Hunters Ridge life is access to the neighborhood pool, jointly maintained with the Foxborough Homes Association to our East.  Many summer activities and events center around the swim club, dues for which are included in the annual homes association fee.
