Hunters Ridge was built in the late 1970s and early 1980s by developer Saul Ellis.  We number 171 homes along pretty ash tree-lined streets enhanced by many berms and islands.  Houses in our neighborhood are widely spaced; many have beautiful gardens and well-developed landscaping.
Another benefit of Hunters Ridge life is access to the neighborhood pool, jointly maintained with the Foxborough Homes Association to our East.
Many summer activities and
events center around the
swim club, dues for which are
included in the annual homes
association fee.

Yard Waste: HRHA is taken to a Missouri disposal / composting site; MO law requires yard waste be in paper  bags.  Town & Country will take grass clippings and leaves that are in a trash container, as long as household trash is not comingled with the yard waste.  In that case, consider dedicating a trash container without a lid to such purpose. Limit: 5 bags yard waste

~ HRHA NEEDS YOUR ASSISTANCE ~
The board always can use help in key areas.  If you can spare a little time, examples of what the community needs help with are: Block Captains (communication between Board and neighbors on your block); Directory Production (help checking data and getting information from neighbors); Clean-up and Beautification (spend a little time weeding & planting in common beds / berms); and Special Events (plan parties, the neighborhood garage sale and
the annual meeting (pre-party).
POOL RULES for 2008 Here
The curbs are almost all poured and work is progressing on the installation of the permanent traffic light at the 123rd and Mission intersection. Remember that the detours imposed during work hours take us through residential streets where children are often at play.  DRIVE CAREFULLY... and SLOWLY.
